The MAC Address can be found on the back of the Media Player above the HDMI ports. Use the top number (view example).

For Media Hubs without a MAC Address printed on the case, use the MAC address found on the bootup screen. Simply attach the Media Hub to a display, boot the Media Hub, and note the MAC address displayed on the bootup screen.
